Cancellation Policy

At Moon Garden Perfume Trading, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
   Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of AED 100.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
   • If you decide to cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you will be charged the shipping fee.
   • Once the item(s) are refused and returned to us, your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping cost.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
   Certain custom or perishable items may not be eligible for cancellation. Please review the product details for more information.
