1. Shipping Locations We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers.
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping is available for all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
- International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders vary based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination. It typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders) International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Moon Garden Perfumes has no control over these additional fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@mg-perfumes.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all domestic returns.
- International Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.
4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@mg-perfumes.com. Exchanges are processed upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mg-perfumes.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
